At LEVO Oil Infusion, Inc., we want you to be completely satisfied with your infusion experience. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided they are in original packaging.

Prepare Your Package

Carefully pack your LEVO machine and accessories in their original box with all protective foam to ensure they are not damaged during transit.

Ship It Back

Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and drop your package off at any authorized shipping carrier location.

Wait for Processing

Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
