How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental United States. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for faster delivery.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy for unused products in their original packaging. Please note that a restocking fee may apply, and shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.

Does my LEVO come with a warranty?

Yes, all new LEVO machines come with a one-year limited warranty that covers manufacturer defects. You can also purchase extended protection plans for additional peace of mind.

Are the components dishwasher safe?

The reservoir and herb pod are made from food-grade materials and are top-rack dishwasher safe, making cleanup simple and efficient after every infusion.

Do you offer international shipping?
